Business lawyer specialized in mergers & acquisitions, banking & finance, European law and general commercial/corporate law, partner with the Bucharest boutique law firm Markó & Udrea Attorneys at law. After graduating the University of Bucharest Law Faculty and the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne French-Romanian Law College of European Studies, David undertook the University of Paris 2 Panthéon Assas Business Law Master and returned to Romania determined to bring his very small contribution to the complicated process of transforming Romania in a country which can be described by normality and irreversible democracy.

David participates as an arbitrator in the Willem C. Vis international arbitration moot court competition between law schools (held yearly in Vienna and Hong Kong) and writes (very rarely) on history and politics on his personal blog devotat.

He is passionate about international relations and quizzing and is (hopelessly) trying to learn Mandarin.
