Aspen Institute Romania (AIR) was pleased to announce the launch of the Aspen Regional Leadership Seminar for Tech Start-ups, a transformative learning experience for technology start-ups professionals from the Republic of Moldova, Ukraine, and Romania. 

The first edition of the Seminar was organized in partnership with the Aspen Institute Kyiv on April 2 – 5, in the Republic of Moldova, entirely in English, and  brought together 23 leaders from the tech start-up ecosystem to reflect and discuss on how to make both effective and values-based leadership decisions in the current multi-crisis context of the region.

Building on AIR’s extensive expertise in developing leadership programs, this seminar offered a unique platform for reflection, discussion, and personal growth. Participants engaged in text-based dialogue using the  proven Aspen Method, a 75-year-old tradition that fosters critical thinking through moderated text-based conversations  on topics such as liberty, equality, ethics, and responsibility.

Designed as text-based conversations on various topics, the sessions were guided by expert Aspen moderators, fostering deep reflections on leadership, values, and decision-making. The seminar was conducted in English, ensuring a dynamic and inclusive exchange of ideas among participants. Aspen Institute Romania provided logistical support, including group transfers, accommodation, and meals, creating an immersive and engaging environment for all attendees.
