Mr. Victorel Florin Rădoi has more than 15 years’ experience working on energy regulatory activities from which more than 10 years’ experience in the management of the  Romanian Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE).

ANRE is an administrative body under Parliamentary control, independent as regards its decision-making process, organisation and functioning, whose scope of activity is to issue, approve and monitor the implementation of the national-wide binding regulatory framework required for the proper functioning of the electricity, heat and natural gas sectors and markets in terms of efficiency, competition, transparency and consumer protection.

The professionalism of Mr. Rădoi was emphasised when he was nominalized from the European Commission as expert in a Twinning Contract “Supporting NERC Ukraine in the process of implementation of the gas legislation in line with the provisions of Energy Community Treaty”

He is dedicated to his work for the benefit of the consumers, acting in the Romanian Energy Regulatory Authority from the beginning of his career. 

All the knowledge acquired complementary to his legal background education, support Mr. Rădoi’s activity in this dynamic sector.

He is a fellow of the first edition of the Aspen Public Service Leadership Program, organized between 2018 and 2019.
