The White Paper is based on the discussions of the 2020 Program activities and was prepared for Aspen Institute Romania by Clara Volintiru and George Stefan of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE). It contains public policy recommendations to the relevant decision-makers, in the context of the SARS-COV_2 pandemic impact on the economy, as well as the updated, Local Business Environment Index for Romania 2020.
