About the Event

On April 3 – 4, 2025, Aspen Institute Romania, through its Chișinău Office, joined as a partner of the second edition of the AI & Big Data Conference, organized by the American Chamber of Commerce in Moldova. The conference convened key stakeholders from the public and private sectors to explore how artificial intelligence and big data are reshaping economic sectors and contributing to Moldova’s digital transformation.

Through a series of panel discussions and expert interventions, the event addressed a broad range of topics, including regulatory and ethical frameworks for AI, the integration of data-driven technologies in energy systems, and the use of artificial intelligence in retail and e-commerce. The conference highlighted the need for strategic cooperation, innovation, and digital literacy in building a resilient and inclusive digital economy.
