Beatrice is a multi-disciplinary strategist & social entrepreneur based between New York and Bucharest, with extensive international experience in public affairs, international communications and impactful programs & product development.

A trained diplomat, Beatrice started her career working in different roles alongside the United Nations mainly focusing on youth empowerment and social entrepreneurship programs. After running strategy and youth program management for the global consultancy company Richard Attias & Associates, part of WPP Group, and then establishing an innovation incubator for the tech consultancy startup Lateral Inc., she returned to Europe in the pursuit of starting a sustainable fiber and intimate care brand based on hemp.

She strongly believes in the power of sustainable and circular business model, especially in the #newnormal paradigm we’re facing of setting new norms for the way we run businesses and reshape our economies by creating local opportunities and collaborating across systems and cultures.

Beatrice is currently undergoing a Stanford LEAD Executive Program on Leadership and Innovation and is also a Forbes 30u30 awardee.
