
Doina Costache

Doina Costache currently serves as the Regional Director for Google in Central and Eastern Europe, where she oversees Advertising Products, Privacy Solutions, and Platform Partnerships. In this role, she leads a regional team of digital experts with a clear mission: to drive growth for businesses, communities, and Googlers by implementing and scaling cutting-edge, AI-driven products, solutions, and strategies.
With over 12 years of experience at Google, Doina has held various roles across sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with responsibilities spanning EMEA, APAC, and global initiatives.
Prior to joining Google, she spent a decade in the telecommunications and banking sectors, focusing on business development, product innovation, and go-to-market strategies.
Her academic background includes a BSc in Political Science from the University of Bucharest, an MBA from the University of Wales, and executive certifications from Duke CE Business Academy, Wharton Marketing Academy, and the Singularity University Executive Program.
Doina recently relocated from Singapore, where she spent the past ten years, back to Romania with her husband and son, to be closer to her ailing parents. She openly admits to having a strong obsession with both coffee and shoes.
