Madalina Bouros is Co-Founder & President of All Grow, an organization dedicated to creating social change through collaboration. Its leading program in Romania, Change Architects, has reached over 250 teachers and has an estimate of 1,000 students and still growing by the day. Madalina is a social innovator, entrepreneur and expert in social entrepreneurship, community development and improving workers well-being. She has developed and designed outstanding social innovations and projects in countries such as Haiti, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Turkey, Mexico, Suriname, USA and Romania, partnering with leading organizations such as Ashoka, Levi Strauss Foundation, ProjectX, Inter-American Development Bank and World Bank. In Haiti, she has co-founded a successful social enterprise known as SolKomYo, generating over $1.5 million in economic impact. Furthermore, she has led employee engagement programs with companies such as Deloitte and Warby Parker, as well as immersion programs with top US universities such as Duke, Northwestern, Columbia University among others. Madalina graduated from Aarhus University in Denmark with a Master’s in International Business. She is fluent in Romanian, English, Spanish, French and Haitian Creole. During her leisure time some of her favorite hobbies are reading, hiking, painting, long walks at the beach, traveling and camping.
