Mirela Costache is a tax advisor working for Raiffeisen Bank for over 10 years. Her wide range of experience and knowledge of the company are her greatest strengths in providing the best tax compliance and advisory. Mirela believes that leading by example, enthusiasm and confidence are assets that make her remarkable. 

Mirela’s career started in 2010 in Raiffeisen Bank, when she was still studying for Bachelor’s degree in finance and banking from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. She had the opportunity to immediately see in practice the theoretical concepts from her studies which helped boost her competence. 

Beyond academic achievements, Mirela Costache is characterized by her strong work ethic, adaptability, and a keen desire to continue learning and growing professionally. She is excited to embrace challenges and make meaningful contributions to the community where she activates. 

When she’s not busy with work, Mirela enjoys going to the gym and being in the nature with her dog and her friends. She is a massive outdoor enthusiast who loves hiking, paddling and swimming.
