Vlad Borcan is an executive professional with a proven track record in public affairs, government relations and internal and external communication.

Currently, he is a Corporate Affairs & Sustainability Specialist within Coca-Cola HBC Romania (“CCHBC”).

An important part of his present role is to connect with business associations, decision makers and other important stakeholders towards creating a more sustainable agenda for the industry.

Prior to joining CCHBC, Vlad worked in the public administration (Ministry of National Defence and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and, afterwards, he shifted towards the private sector where he specialized in Government Relations during his tenure with one of the leading companies in the public affairs sector – “McGuireWoods Romania” (currently “Public Affairs Solutions”).

Vlad graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest in 2016 and he has obtained a master’s degree in security and national defence. Vlad is generally involved in projects on sustainability, sports and civic participation.
