
Constantin-Alexandru Manda

Constantin-Alexandru Manda is attorney-at-law by profession, currently working as a consultant specialized in energy. Alexandru Manda is also the Founder&President of the Agora Center for Democracy and the initiator of the Young People’s Vote campaign.
Previously, he served as Advisor to the Minister of Energy and Advisor to the Minister of Research, Innovation, and Digitalization. Alexandru Manda also has extensive experience as a policy consultant for international organizations, private sector, and civil society organizations. He believes in the power of civic engagement, authorities’ public responsibility, and structural changes made through evidence-based policies.
As a voice of children and youth, he advocated for every child’s right to free access to quality education and coordinated successful advocacy initiatives. Between 2022 and 2023, Alexandru Manda represented Romanian young people within the Council of Europe’s Advisory Council on Youth. In 2021, he was awarded Young European of the Year and included in Forbes Romania 30 under 30.
Alexandru has a law degree from the University of Bucharest. He also completed the Executive Diploma program at the European Academy of Diplomacy, where he specialized in International Security. Between 2021 and 2022, Alexandru Manda was part of the Public Policy New Voices Europe program, organized by the Salzburg Global Seminar.
