Alina Urs is a Senior Cyber Security Manager within the Directorate for Institutional Relations with EU Member States, EU Institutions, and European States at the Romanian National Cyber Security Directorate. In this capacity, she also coordinates the initiatives dedicated at enhancing cybersecurity cooperation with the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine.

Previously, her work focused on fostering interinstitutional collaboration to identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks affecting entities critical to Romania’s national security. Additionally, she has led awareness-raising initiatives aimed at enhancing cyber resilience across both public and private sector organizations in Romania. She holds an MSc in Russian and Eastern European Studies from the University of Oxford.
