The Aspen Leadership Programs aim to instil for public, private and civic leaders a better understanding of values-based leadership and to increase their ability to identify and manage challenges, taking a commitment to promote the values of “the Good Society” through the way they lead in the future.

Through the Aspen Leadership Programs, the participants join a growing community of Fellows and Alumni of Aspen Institute Romania, which is already covering more than 40 countries and more than 1900 extraordinary individuals, all age groups and walks of life.

The programs include:

  1. Seminars and programs developed using the Aspen Method of the classic Aspen Seminar, a Socratic debate based on a series of readings, from the greatest thinkers of past and present, exploring questions related to LEADERSHIP AND VALUES, in an informal and critical dialogue.

The texts are carefully chosen to spark discussions and interest in exploring various topics such as liberty, equality or responsibility, stimulating participants to find their own answers to the enduring questions of societal, organizational, and personal leadership. These debates will contribute to enhancing participants’ ability to analyze and tackle increasingly challenging contemporary societal issues and global situations.
