
Adina Duca

Adina Duca is passionate about creating meaningful social impact, fostering innovation, and exploring the intersection of technology and digital arts. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Arts and Media and a certificate from the “Professions of the Future” program.
Adina began her journey as a volunteer at GLIA Impact HUB, Moldova’s first innovation center supporting female entrepreneurship, where she played a key role in community development. She now serves as Communications Manager, leading initiatives that strengthen the local ecosystem.
As a member of AIESEC, the international organization shaping future leaders, Adina led advocacy and democratic education projects, built and managed high-performing marketing teams, and honed her strategic leadership skills.
She currently serves as President of the Student Association AMICUS Chișinău, organizing educational, cultural, and volunteer projects for over 100 young people, fostering engagement and community impact.
Adina is the co-founder of the web development company Codex Line and the innovative platform indice.md, combining her technical expertise with a vision for meaningful digital solutions.
Driven by her dream to transform education, she is developing a game-based learning platform that aims to reshape how children learn in schools, making education more interactive, engaging, and effective.
