Rodica is a seasoned problem solver with over 7 years of experience in driving change and transformation. Recognised for her ability to quickly grasp new concepts and dedicated to effective stakeholder management, she approaches complex situations with a vision for what they could become, not just as they are. Rodica is from Moldova and has been living in Denmark for the past more than 10 years. She holds a BSc in Economic IT from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies and an MSc in Economics from the University of Copenhagen. While she was studying in Copenhagen Rodica noticed the need for a structured Romanian community of students and young professionals. As a result, in 2012 she joined GRASP, an international NGO and co-founded its local chapter in Copenhagen.
During her time with Maersk, a Fortune Global 500 company, she co-founded and co-chaired Breakthrough@Maersk. The aim of this network is to raise awareness of gender inequality and promote female leadership within the organisation.
Rodica greatly enjoys reading, travelling, and connecting people because the right persons can make wonders together.
