Alina’s strong passion for business and marketing is backed by over a decade of experience. She has navigated diverse landscapes within these fields, from governmental roles in structures facilitating state-business communication to leading a 100+ entrepreneurs organization at the age of 25.

Currently, Alina holds the position of Head of Global Campaigns at The Conqueror, a startup originating from New Zealand. In this capacity, she manages a team that orchestrates marketing campaigns reaching millions of clients from the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and the EU. Furthermore, Alina spearheads strategic marketing partnerships with entertainment industry giants such as Warner Bros, Disney, and Paramount Pictures.

Before her current role, Alina held marketing management positions within the marketplace division of elefant.ro, a Romanian e-commerce platform boosting over 2 million customers at the time. She also served as Executive Director for the Association of Women in Business from The Republic of Moldova, advocating for the creation of more economic opportunities and empowerment for women in leadership roles.

Alina has also contributed her expertise to the Government of the Republic of Moldova, particularly within the Economic Council — an advisory body to the Prime Minister, established with the support of the EBRD. Additionally, she was politically active, becoming the youngest candidate in the 2010s elections for the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova.
