Patricia is an expert in EU social policy and local policies for social inclusion and community cohesion. She is policy advisor at EUROCITIES, the network of large cities from Europe. She is working with cities from Europe to design innovative responses to raising inequalities and address the challenges of urban poverty. Previously, Patricia was director of public policy at the European Youth Capital – Cluj-Napoca 2015.

She has studied law and economics at Babeș-Bolyai University. She has also graduated with a master’s degree in community development and urban planning from the same university, focusing on strategic planning at local level.

With over 15 years of civic engagement, she has represented young people in structures such as the National High School Students’ Council, the National Alliance of Student Organizations in Romania and the Romanian Youth Council.
