
Tudor Oancea

Tudor Oancea is a diplomat and foreign policy expert specializing in diplomacy, security studies, and international relations. He is President and Founder of the Embassy of Trade, an international alliance advancing business and economic diplomacy under the principle of “Smart Diplomacy. Real Impact.” Through this platform, he works to bridge institutional diplomacy with the private sector and the diplomatic network, fostering partnerships that strengthen ties between nations.
With over a decade at the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Romanian Parliament, he served as a diplomat in Luxembourg during Romania’s rotating Presidency of the EU Council, and later as Political and Economic Adviser at the Embassy of Romania in Senegal — Romania’s key diplomatic mission in Africa. In 2023, he coordinated the State Visit of the President of Romania and the First Lady to Senegal and Cabo Verde.
He holds a BA in Law from the University of Bucharest and a Master’s in National Security Intelligence from the National Intelligence Academy, alongside training at the George C. Marshall Center, the European Security and Defense College, and other leading institutions.
