Nicoleta is currently in her first year of studies in a Master’s Degree Program with a major in Public Administration Management. She graduated in 2018 from the Economic Science Faculty- Management, from the Petroleum- Gas University of Ploiesti. In 2010, she also graduated from the Foreign Languages and Literatures Faculty- German- Portuguese, at the University of Bucharest. She has been working in Public Administration since 2012, as a counselor at the Prahova County Council’s President’s Office, being actively involved and directly participating in solving the county’s citizens’ issues. She is part of the event organizing team and the person responsible for the institutional communication. She has volunteered since High School, when she began teaching German classes for beginners. Since 2014, she is a member of  the JCI Prahova NPO, where she participated and organized events such as: ”Public Speaking”, ”Leadership Academy” and greening events. In 2017 she was elected Vice-president of the County’s Foundation for Youth- Prahova and she has been one of the coordinators in the  „Ploiesti- Romania’s Youth Capital” contest. She is also part of the Youth Organisation of the Social Democratic Party. Having social-democratic beliefs, she was one of the coordinators of the last local and national elections, by helping issue campaign strategies. Between 2015-2017 she was the social democratic Youth Organization’s executive secretary.

Nicoleta is a fellow of the first edition of the Aspen Public Service Leadership Program, organized between 2018 and 2019.
