Sebastiaan van Hese is currently General Manager at Precision Castparts and Los Angeles, California.

He was the managing director of Fokker Aerostructures US and previously held the position of director of the Romanian operation of Fokker, a leading global aerospace specialist that develops and manufactures highly engineered advanced aircraft systems and components for aircraft manufacturers. He also served as board member and President of the Netherlands Romanian Chamber of Commerce (NRCC).

He was born in the Hague, the Netherlands and graduated with a Master of Science from the Technical University of Delft, before starting his career at Fokker. He is considered a passionate leader able to inspire positive change in his environment and he brings a results-oriented management style while advocating for the importance of the human capital. He travelled and worked in several countries before setting foot in Romania in 2013. Sebastiaan is passionate about all outdoor activities, but above all water sports. He is fond of working with different cultures and exploring uncharted terrain. He enjoys teaching music to children, business reading and public speaking.
