Andreea Bulisache is a global technology executive, board director, and strategist specializing in AI governance, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. As the Founder and Executive in Residence at Stratified Advisory, she advises boards and private equity funds on navigating the intersection of frontier technology, regulatory risk, and long-term value creation.

A former senior leader at Microsoft, Andreea spent over a decade shaping AI, cloud, and cybersecurity strategies across global markets. She led major ecosystem integrations, including GitHub and Databricks, driving over $1 billion in commercial impact and pioneering models that bridge technical innovation with enterprise scale. Her public policy work includes contributing to the EU AI Act and designing national cyber resilience frameworks across the EMEA region.

Andreea is the co-author of The Next AI Imperative, a strategic framework for boards and investors governing intelligence as infrastructure. She is a frequent keynote speaker on AI ethics and digital sovereignty. Committed to institutional innovation and inclusion, she serves as Chair of Young & Bold, a non-profit recognized by the Financial Times for its work in digital education, and sits on the Advisory Board of Nyenrode Business University. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director for Fort S.A. and Asociația pentru Valori în Educație.
