Her career trajectory is marked by progressive roles, from her initial position as a consultant at the Chamber of Commerce Romania-Israel to her impactful role as HR Business Partner. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated an exceptional ability to blend strategic foresight with operational efficiency. Theodora holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in International Relations from Bucharest University, with a specialization in Analysis and Conflict Resolution from the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration.

A certified professional in both Human Resources and Project Management, Theodora has earned certifications such as Agility in HR from the International Consortium for Agile and Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org. These qualifications have prepared her well for over 5 years in the dynamic HR landscape of the energy sector, particularly during a time of significant global shifts and challenges.
