Cristina worked for the National Customs Authority for seven years before advancing within fiscal administration over the past 10 years. She currently serves as the Head of the Change Management Unit within the National Agency for Fiscal Administration.
Cristina has been involved in implementing numerous projects focused on the transitional processes the institution undergoes during structural changes, as well as procurement within the World Bank. In these projects, she has served as both a monitoring expert and project manager.
Since 2017, Cristina has coordinated various activities aimed at supporting personal and professional growth within the workplace. The most notable of these include coaching sessions and the implementation of change management strategies within public administration.
She is responsible for designing and delivering training sessions on change management, communication skills, the neuroscience of communication, and organizational culture. These sessions aim to prepare the organization for change and innovation.
Cristina earned her BA in Communication and Public Relations from the University of Political and Administrative Studies, Bucharest, and holds a Master’s degree in Fiscal Law from the University of Bucharest.
