
Zinaida Mardari

Zinaida Mardari is a dedicated professional with an extensive career in public administration in the Republic of Moldova. She currently serves as Head of the Directorate for Public Policy Coordination and European Integration at the Ministry of Energy. Her motivation to participate in continuous training programs is rooted in her early professional experience at the National Bureau of Statistics, where she learned the value of accurate data and statistical analysis. This foundation helped her develop the ability to leverage information to support strategic decision-making at the national level.
She later expanded her expertise in the energy sector and now contributes to the development of this essential area within the recently established Ministry of Energy. Her role has provided the opportunity to be part of a team committed to addressing current challenges, such as the energy transition and energy efficiency. These responsibilities have deepened her understanding of the sector’s complexity and underscored the importance of value-driven leadership in managing activities in a dynamic environment.
Zinaida Mardari holds master’s degrees in International Relations and Engineering, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Economic Sciences.
