Sinziana began her legal career over 14 years ago when she joined the ONV LAW team. In 2020, she became a Partner, specializing in Public Procurement and Administrative Law.

Her educational background includes two Master’s degrees—one in Business Law (2011) and another in Public Procurement, Concessions, and Public-Private Partnerships (2013), which have deepened her professional expertise. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations (2008), which complements her legal work—particularly in communication and strategic thinking.

Sinziana has advised on a wide range of public procurement projects across key sectors such as construction, infrastructure, and public utilities. Whether representing private companies or public authorities, she has been actively involved in all stages of the procurement process.

She is deeply passionate about her work, considering this practice area both challenging and rewarding due to its complexity and impact. Her results-driven approach has earned recognition in Legal 500, a global directory of top-tier legal professionals, based on direct client feedback.

Outside the office, Sinziana is an avid traveler, particularly interested in exploring Asian cultures and destinations.
