Cristian Dragoman has 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with more than 23 of those years spent at Pfizer Romania. He is currently a member of the leadership team, serving as the Trade, Tender, and Contracting Director. Over his tenure at Pfizer, Cristian has held various roles in sales, medical, marketing, and has been in his current position for 13 years.

Cristian proudly graduated from the Medical Military Institute in 1999 and obtained a PhD in Infectious Disease in 2004. Throughout his career in the pharmaceutical industry, he has also earned an MBA degree from City University of Washington & Romanian Banking Institute, a Certificate in Global Management from the prestigious business school INSEAD, and a certificate in Finance for Executives from the same institution. Additionally, Cristian holds various certifications in negotiation, marketing, sales, and coaching.

Outside of his professional life, Cristian is passionate about diving, snowboarding, tennis, and going to the gym. He loves spending time with his daughters.
