Claudiu Bisnel is the founder and managing partner of Brisk Group, a leading project and cost management consultancy headquartered in Romania, with offices in London, UK, and Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. Under his leadership, the company is recognized for its commitment to sustainable practices and environmental stewardship in the construction industry. Before founding Brisk Group in 2016, Claudiu gained extensive experience at Gardiner & Theobald LLP in London, where he led multidisciplinary teams on complex projects for high-profile clients. It was during this period that he developed a strong passion for embedding sustainability into every phase of the construction process.

With over 17 years of industry experience, Claudiu has established himself as a prominent advocate for sustainable construction. His portfolio includes projects across a wide array of sectors—residential, retail, office, industrial, infrastructure, transportation (including aviation), and pharmaceuticals—spanning the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Claudiu holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest and an MSc in Management in Construction from Kingston University, London. These academic foundations have empowered him with both the technical acumen and managerial expertise to lead innovative, sustainability-driven initiatives.

As a member of the Association for Project Management (UK), Claudiu actively champions best practices and innovation in project management, believing that sustainable development is a responsibility, not a trend.
