Marina Bzovîi is a strategic leader in Moldova’s ICT sector with strong expertise in digital policy, innovation ecosystems, and tech entrepreneurship. As Administrator of Moldova Innovation Technology Park—the first e-Park in Europe—she oversees initiatives that connect global talent, attract investment, and support digital startups from Moldova and beyond.

Previously, she led ATIC, Moldova’s leading ICT association, where she coordinated policy advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and industry development efforts.

Marina holds a law degree and two master’s degrees in Informational Law and IT Management, complemented by further studies in cybersecurity and project management.

She has worked with government, private sector, and international partners to shape Moldova’s digital agenda and remains passionate about emerging tech, data protection, AI, and E-commerce.
