Ana Groza is the Executive Director of the Foreign Investors Association (FIA) in Moldova. A lawyer by profession, she brings over 11 years of experience as a civil servant within the Ministry of Finance and the State Chancellery, as well as in international programmes and projects. Her background enables her to effectively represent the interests of foreign investors and engage in high-level dialogue with public authorities to advance legislative reforms that enhance Moldova’s investment climate.

Ana possesses strong analytical and advocacy skills, solid knowledge of strategic state policies, and deep expertise in the legal and regulatory framework of the Republic of Moldova. She has extensive experience in legal analysis, policy development, and stakeholder engagement, complemented by excellent managerial and communication abilities. As FIA’s representative, Ana currently chairs Working Group No. 3 of the Economic Council to the Prime Minister — focused on attracting and retaining private investment.
