Mihai was born in November 1991, at Chișinău. He has studied International & European Law in the Netherlands between 2010 and 2015. During 2013 and 2014, he also undertook a part-time assignment working as a junior fundraiser for a development aid agency from Amsterdam. This allowed him to understand the inner workings of development aid, grants and sustainable development projects.

While there, he worked on projects that were later deployed in Guatemala, Bolivia, Somalia and Moldova. In 2015, Mihai returned to Chișinău where he opened the first Moldovan fundraising agency, called Enable (www.enable.md). In its first 10 years of activity, it worked on more than 300 fundraising assignments and managed to attract funding to development projects in Moldova in the area of 10 million euros. In his spare time, Mihai likes to read and write. He is passionate about SciFi and history.
