Robert Pufan is a Senior Partner Solution Architect at Microsoft, with more than a decade of experience in the company, across various divisions including Mobile Devices, Retail, Evangelism, and currently, he is part of the commercial division, covering the Microsoft Partner ecosystem for Central Europe. He is responsible for modern AI implementations and developments, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot to customers across the whole region.

Robert supports start-ups as a business mentor in the InnovX – MoonShotX Program. He is a certified ProSci Change Management Practitioner and Certified Microsoft Trainer, with a strong passion for Technical Evangelism, Sales, and Entrepreneurship.

Robert is investing his knowledge and resources in education being one of the first tech evangelists to hold a large-scale technical workshop for the education system in Romania, aiding academic institutions in accessing modern technologies. He also volunteered to create and deliver one of the first localized and accredited digitalization courses tailored for teachers. Thousands of students benefit now from modern teaching methodologies applied by hundreds of teachers that graduated from Robert’s classes.
