
Daniela Bularda

Daniela Bularda is an EU public servant, currently working as Programme Officer at the European Cybersecurity Competence Centre and Network (ECCC) in Bucharest. She previously worked at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Economic and Financial Affairs (DG ECFIN) in Brussels, focusing on communication and inter-institutional relations.
Her academic background includes an advanced MA in EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies from the College of Europe in Bruges, as well as a dual MA in European Studies – Central and Eastern Europe, jointly awarded by Sciences Po Lille and the Faculty of Law of the University of Szeged. She also holds a BA in Journalism and Communication Studies from the University of Bucharest.
A native Romanian speaker, Daniela is proficient in English and French and has a good command of Italian.
