Larisa Baltag is a strategic communications consultant, events strategist, and founder of Baltag Public Relations, a boutique consultancy delivering high-impact events and strategic engagement programs for business leaders, institutions, and international organizations.

With over ten years of experience in international affairs and public communication, Larisa has built a strong reputation for designing and executing complex, high-level forums, conferences, executive retreats, and stakeholder platforms that connect decision-makers across sectors.

She spent eight years at the German Marshall Fund of the United States, where she coordinated flagship international events such as the Brussels Forum and Bucharest Forum, working with global policymakers, diplomats, CEOs, and thought leaders. Her role covered strategic agenda design, partner relations, speaker management, and full operational delivery across multiple countries.

Earlier in her career, Larisa worked in project management and communications roles with UNICEF and the World Bank, contributing to development programs and international cooperation initiatives across the Black Sea region. Larisa has coordinated over 100 events in Romania and abroad, leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex stakeholder environments.
