Adelina-Liana Țînțariu is a seasoned public affairs professional, establishing her own specialized consultancy, Portant Public Affairs, in 2023. With more than 10 years of experience in the field, she has built and managed an impressive portfolio of clients across a wide range of sectors, including FMCG, digital, transport, energy, financial services, education, agriculture, and defense.

In addition to leading successful lobbying campaigns in recent years, Adelina strengthened her leadership and organizational expertise while serving as Executive Director of the National Association for Soft Drinks (ANBR) for four years.

Her professional background also includes extensive experience in central public administration. She worked for several years within a government agency directly overseen by the Prime Minister of Romania. Driven by a strong interest in Romania’s communist history, she previously served as Deputy General Director of the Institute for the Investigation of Communist Crimes and the Memory of the Romanian Exile (IICCMER). In this role, she co-led an advocacy campaign aimed at bringing former communist-era prison directors accused of crimes against humanity to justice: an important milestone for transitional justice in Romania that received broad international recognition.

Adelina holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Bucharest and is an active contributor to various media platforms.
