Andreea Voicu is Head of Public Affairs, ESG and Communications for Vodafone Romania
since 2024. With considerable expertise in communications and external affairs, Andreea is
a double graduate of the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, majoring in Management
and of the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration (SNSPA),
majoring in International Relations and European Studies. She then pursued her Master’s in
Advertising and Communications at the Bucharest University.

She has a vast experience in public affairs, strategic communications and institutional
relations spanning over 16 years, both nationally and internationally. Throughout her career,
Andreea successfully represented companies in their external engagement across key
industries such as technology, financial services, automotive, energy or FMCG. In 2024, she
returned home after seven years in London and Rome, out of which four and a half in
Vodafone Group’s External Affairs division, where she led high impact European and global
public affairs and policy campaigns.
