Since March 2025, Raluca Țintoiu has joined the ING Bank Romania team as Head of Wholesale Banking and a member of the Executive Committee.

Raluca brings over two decades of experience in banking, investment, capital markets, and insurance, with a strong focus on the challenging areas of mergers and acquisitions and structured finance. She has a proven track record in leading complex projects and in building and managing strong teams both locally and internationally.

Raluca began her career in 1998 at ING Bank as a Management Trainee. She progressed within the Corporate Finance and Structured Finance teams at ING Bank, working in both Romania and the United Kingdom.

After ten years, she joined UniCredit Romania, where she led the local Corporate Finance Advisory team. In 2013, she was appointed CEO of NN Pensii, the largest pension fund on the local market, within the NN Group. Starting in 2017, Raluca became part of the Corporate Strategy and Development team at NN Netherlands, where she was actively involved in several of the group’s strategic projects. Her most recent role at NN involved coordinating the integration of MetLife’s operations in Poland, acquired by NN Group in 2022.

In 2023, Raluca returned to Romania, where she took on the role of General Manager at DCraig Finance, overseeing several fintech investments for a Romanian-owned entrepreneurial company. During that period, she also served as a non-executive member of the Board of Directors at Eazy Insurance.
