On May 19–21, 2025, Aspen Institute Romania organized in Chișinău the second edition of the Aspen Socrates Seminar Moldova, developed in partnership with the Aspen Institute Socrates Program.

Moderated by Radu Puchiu, Director of the Aspen Technology & Society Program, the seminar brought together approximately 27 participants to explore critical questions under the overarching theme “Supporting Moldova in Strengthening its Societal and Democratic Resilience.”

Participants included key stakeholders from the Republic of Moldova, including public decision-makers, private sector leaders, and representatives from civil society, all contributing diverse perspectives to a dynamic and thought-provoking dialogue.

The seminar was organized with the support of our partners: the NATO Liaison Office in the Republic of Moldova, the Konrad Adenauer Foundation Moldova, Victoriabank, and Premier Energy Moldova, and was powered by the Aspen Institute Romania Chișinău Office.

We are proud to welcome the Alumni of the Aspen Socrates Seminar Moldova into the Aspen Institute Romania Community!
