The second module of the 2025 edition of the Aspen Young Leaders Program took place between June 16–21, 2025, in the stunning natural setting of the Danube Delta, offering that year’s generation of young leaders a truly memorable and transformative experience.

Participants were welcomed to a week rich in text-based Socratic discussions, outdoor challenges, team dynamics exercises, project idea exploration, and meaningful moments of introspection, reflection, and action. Throughout the module, they embarked on both a personal and collective journey, one that fostered deeper self-awareness, personal growth, and a renewed commitment to values-based leadership and positive change.

To ensure a meaningful and engaging experience, the Socratic discussions were moderated by Mădălina Mocan, whose guidance and insight shaped the intellectual and moral framework of the program.
