Adelina Dabu

Adelina Dabu is Head of Public Affairs at the Employers’ Confederation Concordia, where she coordinates the organisation’s activities in national, European, and international affairs. She is Concordia’s Permanent Delegate to BusinessEurope and liaison with IOE and Business at OECD.
With +10 years’ experience in the field, she previously worked in large private companies dealing with stakeholders’ engagement, political risk and sustainability across various topics including fiscal policies and social affairs, energy and FMCG.
Adelina is a Climate Reality Leader and WEF alumna, and she is passionate about sustainability. She consults on sustainability and facilitates exploration and innovation processes with design thinking and systems thinking.
Concerned with civic and social projects, she is involved in the activities of non-profit organisations in Romania. She is currently member of the Board of Directors at Centrul Filia NGO, and she was president of the Aspen Fellows Network Romania.
Adelina studied business administration, political science, European affairs and anthropology in Bucharest and Bologna.
