Mrs. Adelina Vrâncianu has rich experience in the management of European Funds, especially in public procurement and the prevention, detection, and sanctioning of irregularities, at the level of the coordination body. She played a significant role in the relationship with national and European audit authorities within the managing authority. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest, pursuing also a master’s degree in European affairs and a PhD.

The experience within the European Parliament gave her a better understanding of the international public procurement market and the private sector in general. As an expert, she promotes the good practices developed in using European funds in training courses.
