Born in 1998, Adrian spent his younger years caught between a public Romanian school and professional basketball practices. He received a scholarship at the American International School of Bucharest and spent 5 full years there, after which he continued his international studies at Leiden University Honours College the Hague. Pursuing liberal arts & sciences, he focused on history, philosophy, social theory and linguistics; for his capstone, he spent one year in the Romanian National Archives and wrote a historical and ideological exploration of the Romanian antifascist resistance in the interwar period.

Upon finishing his degree, he worked as an editor and translator for the autobiographical novel My Way, a copywriter and marketing manager for a library chain, and started a Masters degree in philosophy at the UNESCO Chair in Intercultural and Inter-religious Exchanges. He later helped create a subscription business for a company who specialises in wine retail and is currently their marketing manager.
