Alexandra Albut was born on January 19, 1979. She lived in Bacău City until the end of high school. During these years, she developed a deep affection for her school, the city, and all her friends. For higher education, she enrolled in 1997 at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and graduated with a degree in economics in 2001. She continued her studies at the same academy and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2004.

In the meantime, she began her public service career in 2001 by taking a job at the Bacău City Hall, where she worked as a public servant. Her main responsibilities were related to local taxes. After some time, she felt the need to do more and decided to pursue further development in public administration. She enrolled in the Young Professionals Scheme, a program that trains public managers.

In 2007, she began her role as a public manager at the Bacău Prefecture, where she excelled in various areas, including financial management, human resource management, project management, and internal managerial control. In 2021, she decided to transition to local-level work and joined the Bacău County Council as a public servant, specializing in control and the implementation of internal managerial control.

Between 2011 and 2021, as a personal hobby, she pursued university-level studies in physiotherapy and occupational therapy. In her free time, she works with children with disabilities.

Alexandra is deeply committed to family life. She is a single mother who loves spending quality time with her 7-year-old son.
