Alexandra is the founder of Rezident.ro and Euforia Retreat & Spa, two hospitality concepts redefining premium travel in Romania. With almost 10 years of experience in the industry, she has grown Rezident.ro into a platform managing more than 100 short-term rental apartments and rooms across 6 destinations in Romania. She also launched Euforia Retreat & Spa, a luxury boutique hotel on the Black Sea shore, open all year round and recognized as one of Romania’s most sought-after seaside destinations for its calming atmosphere, design, and elevated guest experiences. 

Previously, Alexandra was part of DHL’s Graduate Management Scheme, with placements across Industrial Projects, Sales & Marketing, and Operations. Beyond her professional career, she has also been involved in social impact initiatives, including Aspen’s Young Leaders Programme and Aspire Academy, where she launched an incubator supporting high-impact community projects.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Business with Eastern European Studies from University College London.
