Alexandra Dinu is a Cyber Security Expert specializing in policies, strategies, and cooperation at the Romanian National Cyber Security Directorate (DNSC). She has also represented Romanian youth internationally at major United Nations climate change conferences, including COP27 in 2022, COP28 in 2023 and COP29 in 2024.

Alexandra’s commitment to innovation and technology has been recognized through numerous prestigious awards both nationally and internationally. Her accolades include second place at EuDatathon, the European Commission’s leading technology competition; first place in Berlin’s “Be an Innovator” competition; Start-up of the Year at Innovation Labs; first place at “200 Seconds of Fame”; and first place at GoTech World.

Her outstanding contributions to the field earned her recognition in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.

In addition to her professional achievements, Alexandra serves as an associate professor at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, where she shares her expertise with the next generation of specialists.
