Alexandra, a young professional, with a curious mind and an open heart, is currently working for the Romanian Competition Council as an inspector, focusing on financial services and digital markets. Working for the competition authority has given her important responsibilities, from being part of complex antitrust investigations to coordinating policy-making projects and representing the competition authority in different international groups.

Alexandra is a law graduate, with a Master’s Degree in International and European Law, who showed her interest and determination in achieving high results from the beginning of her professional career. She is a member of the Romanian Society for European Law and for a brief period of time, she was a collaborator for “Dimitrie Cantemir” Christian University of Bucharest, teaching European Law for the students of the Faculty of Law and Administration. She also published several articles on subjects referring to a broad area of interests, from cultural heritage to competition matters.

Alexandra believes in the power of example and is committed to bringing her personal values and ideas closer to those that define true leadership in a continuously developing society.
