Alina is a Sustainability & European affairs expert, experienced in managing a wide range of stakeholders, from European associations to grass roots NGOs.

She contributed to the definition of the Sustainability strategy and action plan for one for one of the most important utilities, electricity, and led internal initiatives that aimed to develop a plan of concrete actions and internal processes to improve vulnerable customers’ experience. At the same time, in collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders (NGOs, think-tanks, local authorities, community leaders), she designed and implemented projects in vulnerable communities, created and managed grant making programs, or the biggest social entrepreneurship competition in Romania. Starting with 2019, she had the opportunity to join a global team, having the unique chance to work with more the 10 countries and teams across the world.

Alina is currently working in the European Affairs office of Enel, where she coordinates the company’s presence in the various European associations and think-tanks.
