Ana Maria Doru is a counselor at the Managining Authority – Regional Operational Programme with the MPWDA (MRDPA) where she is currently working on the evaluation, selection and contracting of ROP financed projects mainly in the Health sector. She graduated from Constantin Brancoveanu University in Pitesti with a degree in Business Administration. She is also a graduate of Pitesti University with a degree in International Affairs and Euroepan studies, both graduated in  2009. To further her studies, she obtains a Master Degree in Business Administration from Constantin Brancoveanu University in Pitesti .

Originary from Pitesti, throughout her studies and up until the present day, she has  been working in her family`s business, at different levels of envolvement, pursuing at the same time an alternative career path in the field of regeional development. As such, she worked at The South West Regional Development Agency in Craiova from 2013 to 2015 and from 2016 up untill today at the Managing Authority of Regional Operational Programme, with a short stage as Head of Office at the Ministry of Health  during 2017-2018.

In 2019 she became a certified coach, speaker & trainer of The John Maxweel Team.

Ana Maria Doru is a fellow of the second edition of the Aspen Public Service Leadership Program, organized between 2019 and 2020.
