With over 20 years of experience, Andra has cultivated high-performing teams across both local and international banking industry sectors. Her work has been consistently recognized by international players, receiving over 15 awards for Private Banking services across different companies.

In addition to Private Banking, Andra has a proven track record in Affluent Banking, Bancassurance, Pension Funds, Investment Products, Digital Transformation and Retail Banking.

In her current role of Executive Director within Raiffeisen Bank, Andra spearheads the development and implementation of one of the core strategic pillars of the bank – democratizing personal financial planning to all clients. Her role encompasses designing value propositions, launching products, and driving digital transformation.

Andra is passionate about this mission, viewing it as crucial for today’s society. Effective personal financial planning offers numerous benefits, including enhancing living standards, reducing financial stress and anxiety, and boosting future financial confidence. Achieving these benefits requires time, education, effort, and discipline, but the rewards contribute to a better society.

With a solid educational foundation in banking and capital markets, Andra has continually developed her leadership skills. Her latest transformative educational experience was participating in the IMD Lausanne Executive Leadership Program “Mobilizing People” earlier this year.
