Andra is a certified fraud examiner who works on compliance issues related to business ethics and integrity, third parties due diligence, whistleblowing, grievances and operational compliance. She has joined OMV Petrom SA as part of the team that implemented the first organizational ombudsman department in Romania and in 2014 made the shift to compliance.

Having a legal background, Andra is an active member of the Leaders for Justice Community and a member for the LiderJust association with whom she implements projects on judicial and civic education. With her colleagues from Aspen’s Institute Young Leaders Program, 2016 cohort, she has put the basis for SexyDemocracy, a platform that “markets” and “gamifies” democracy principles, encouraging people to became civically fit.

It brings her great satisfaction to connect people and to make and see them happy. She is optimistic, innovative and a true explorer.

Andra is a huge fan of travelling, Italian and Indian cuisine and photography.
