
Andreea Iordăchescu

Andreea Iordăchescu is currently the Parliamentary Advisor and ex-Chief of Staff of the Deputy Prime Minister of Romania, Dan Barna.
Originally from Cluj-Napoca, Andreea graduated from Bábes-Bolyai University, Faculty of European Studies and has a bachelor’s degree in European Administration. In 2016 Andreea moved to Bucharest, worked as an intern in the cabinet of the Minister of European Funds and enrolled at SNSPA, where she graduated with a MA in European Public Policy Evaluation.
In November 2016 Andreea started working as a volunteer for Dan Barna’s campaign when he was running for a parliamentary seat in Sibiu. After the election she started working as a parliamentary consultant and then adviser in Dan Barna’s cabinet.
For the past 4 years, Andreea engaged closely with different parliamentary procedures and was directly involved in all the major elections and activities of the party. Recently, Andreea has been assigned as Campaign Operations Manager for the Presidential Campaign 2019. She was also directly involved in organizing the local and then parliamentary elections of 2020.
Andreea is also very passionate about debating and as a member of ARDOR she participated in many national and international competitions, both as speaker, judge and organizer.
Andreea is a fellow of the second edition of the Aspen Public Service Leadership Program, organized between 2019 and 2020.
